Comprehensive injury assessment
The full picture: your history, how you move, and what is actually driving the pain — not just where it hurts.
Our flagship rehab programme — 1-on-1 with a Movement Specialist, a PRC-licensed physical therapist. 90 minutes of assessment, hands-on treatment, and coached exercise, every session.

This is our main clinic, and the only one where every part of the system sits in the same building. Your Movement Specialist can walk you down to a Performance Specialist the day you are ready to load. Our rehabilitation medicine physicians are on call and hold their own clinic schedules — when your case needs one, we arrange the consult around their availability instead of sending you across town to start over with someone who has never seen your file.
Your Movement Specialist chooses from all of these based on your assessment. Nothing here is billed as an extra — it is part of the session.
The full picture: your history, how you move, and what is actually driving the pain — not just where it hurts.
We measure your strength in numbers instead of guessing, then retest it so you can see the gap closing.
Hair-thin needles into the muscle to release a trigger point. A quick twitch, then relief. Always explained first.
Sustained hands-on pressure to free up restricted tissue and restore range you have lost.
Instrument-assisted soft tissue work for stubborn scar tissue and chronic tightness.
Decompression that lifts and separates tissue layers — useful where pressing in has stopped working.
Focused acoustic pulses for stubborn tendon and soft-tissue cases that have stopped responding to hands-on work alone.
Pneumatic compression to flush a limb and speed recovery between hard sessions.
Fast, targeted percussion to calm a muscle down before or after loading it.
The exercise programme you take home — specific to your injury, your sport, and the equipment you actually have.
Which techniques are used, and how often, depends entirely on what your assessment finds. Your specialist explains every one before using it.
A comprehensive injury assessment plus handheld dynamometry — we measure your strength instead of guessing at it.
Hands-on treatment matched to what the assessment found, plus targeted exercise that starts on day one.
A custom rehab protocol that rebuilds the weak link — then Performance takes it further, on the same floor.
Once the doctor has cleared you, this is your first session in the clinic — a full working session, not a meet-and-greet. 90 minutes, all yours. Here is how it goes.
Your story, your sport, your goal. What you have tried, what has not worked, and what "better" looks like for you.
We test how you move — strength, mobility, control — to find the real driver of your pain, not just where it hurts.
Hands-on work and targeted exercise begin on visit one. You leave having already started getting better.
What is going on, how many sessions we expect, and what you will do between visits. No mystery, no open-ended plans.
Clothes you can move in — shorts or joggers and a t-shirt. Treating a knee or ankle? Shorts make it easier. We have a changing area if you are coming from work.
Any imaging (X-ray, MRI) and doctor's notes if you have them. No referral needed. Payment is cash, credit card, GCash, or bank transfer.
Every session is 90 minutes, 1-on-1 with a Movement Specialist. One rate, whatever your case turns out to need.
This is the rate for a single session, and it never changes. Your Movement Specialist will tell you honestly how many sessions your case needs — most people move onto a package once they know.
Multi-session packages are available and bring the per-session price down. Because the right number of sessions depends on your assessment, your Movement Specialist maps a package to your actual plan at your first visit — no guessing from a table.
Prices in Philippine pesos. Payment by cash, credit card, GCash, or bank transfer.
